Misusing of Booking

Dear Sirs/Madam

My Consumer No.22328, - having account of M/s Pattamal Gas Agency, Mudichur Road, Tambaram, I booked my Gas on 15th December Till yesterday the same was not delivered to my residence, when i enquired abt this at Agent, they informed me that they raised bill in my name on 5th January. But it has not been delivered to me, when i asked the area delivery person he telling he will deliver it today but no response.

Today also i enquired they are giving proper response.

Please take necessary action and avoid this type of problems in future to all other customers.
