Non booking of Gas

I am a consumer of your distributor

Hooghly. West Bengal.

The Distributor is not booking Gas before 15 days of previous booking and even after booking the supply of Gas comes after 15 days.

I would request your goodself to compell the distributor to accept booking as per law and ensure the supply of Gas in time.
