Dear Sir, I am having Single Domestic Cylinder connection (Indane) in M/s Madhu Gas Service (Tirukoilur-605757, Villupuram-District, Tamil Nadu, Ph: 04153-252203). My LPG Consumer No. is 25416. I had earlier sent SMS on 09-03-09 and 10-03-09 to M/s Madhu Gas Service and Email on 11.03.09 to Mr. U.V.MANNUR, Tamil Nadu State Incharge (INDANE) regarding Req. for LPG domestic refill to me in right time. I booked for refill on 17.02.09 - entered in my Gas Book. But still the agent did not deliver me a refill. As I am indulging in maintaining Law and Order round the clock, it is not possible to me to go to the cylinder depot to get a refill in person. So I request you to kindly ask the gas agent to deliver me a refill at once. (I had earlier been delivered a refill on 09.02.09, which was emptied on 08.03.09 itself)
