Regarding force to take oven for new connection

Sir,
I applied for new indane gas connection at Benaka Enterprises, Indane distributors, no 1933/62B I floor, GR Towers, 19th main 10th B cross, Opp IIHT Building Rajajinagar Bangalore. They send a letter to collect cylinder. I went and asked to give only cylinder not oven. They forced me to take both cylinder and oven. But I refused to take oven. I am facing serious domestic problem in my house. Kindly see this issue and advice them to give only new cylinder connection. Kindly do the needful. My contact no 9886975641.
