No Delivery after 15 days of booking

I booked a gas cylinder on 16-Apr with ILA Gas Agency, Sec 93 Noida. My consumer no is 08179. Till date, it has not been delivered. I have been regularly calling them for past one week (3-4 times daily) and there is same reply that it will reach by 12 or it will reach by evening etc. The behaviour is pathetic of these people, they also used to disconnect the phone. I had to borrow cylinder from my neighbours, and they also have started asking me to return back the same. It has been total frustration for me as a consumer and it seems nothing we can do and have to only suffer.
