Selling cylinder in black

Complain against Poonam gas agency Lakhisarai (Bihar).

I went to get cylinder to agency godown, their i saw that person who was responsible to distribute cylinder, was giving cylinder with taking more money then receipt money and misbehave with consumer. its happening past many years.

i request to you please take immediate action
