Not receiving gas supply

Dear sir

I have a gas connection no 32033 of Indane and taking gas supply from Ms Mukund Gas service, Lanka, Varanasi. I am not receiving the gas aven after 10-15 days of booking. It is supplied only after registering the complaints. This regular feature of gas supply gives a lot of problem to be besides taking my valuable time. Several time verbal complaint was made and also a writen conplain has also been regestered with gas agency. but this time also still i did not receive gas supply even after 7 days of booking. I therefore, request you to kindly instruct the supplier to insure timely gas supply
