Egarding service

Dear sir,

I have booked my gas to my dealer (mr Kalipada) atleast 30 days before from today. But he is saying from that day that due to strike of their company he is not given me the gas. But I cant understand where is strike. I am also paying Rs. 350 . per cillinder which is to much for me but till now Iam not getting my service. This problem is not new its freaquent problem. Please tell me what can I do at present.
