Delivery of LPG cylinder after 25 days of booking minimum

This re garding the gas dealer in my native, M/S Surabhi gas service, City Centre, Durgapur, West Bengal. The normal schedule beng followed by the agent is to deliver a cylinder only after 25 days of booking. Although in the neighbouring Kitchenmate gas service is able to provide cylinders within 7 days of booking.

This is a ploy by Surabhi gas service where the regular cylinders being diverted to the commercial customers and genuine needy home ladies have to pray for the gas to come. Also the telephone pick-up by the dealer is pathetic, Hope IOC will take necessary care to make the LPG service more consumer friendly rather that panic stricken situation
