Non delivery of Gas cylinde

Dear Sir/Mam,

myself Pooja Pal, daughter of Mr Shyam Kishor pal.my consumar no. is 2559 & resident address is 565/49, pooran nagar, Alalmagh, Lucknow-226005, have booked the Gas Cylinder on 24th Sept. 2009 by phone (0522-2662605 in COMMANDER GAS SERVICES (RAJAJIPURAM, LUCKNOW).they assured that it will be deliver within a week but now its 20 days over & still cylinder is not delivered at my home. my father visited many times but always they told him that today it will be deliver. i have also called them many times but they give same answer.

it is very regreatful that after 19 days of booking, they have given me a phone no.(0522-4075214) to log the compalin & that lady available on the given phone no. again told me that today it will be deliver. I request you to kindly take the neccessary action to deliver the cylinder by today. As you know that it is festival time and also my mother is suffering from viral and serious. Pls. do the needful.
