Worst delivery service from my gas provider

Sir i am manoj kumar from ranchi jharkandh. I have a domestic gas con.from indane.

Sir this VAISHNAVI inden service always creating problem regarding proper delivery of gas in my home. I all ready complain to jamshedpur office (complain_no-244) but nothing is happend. In 2009 i have taken

gas on 28-02, 28-05, and one reg (19-09) ie in this year we only consume 2 cylinder. The

19-09 reg gas is not delivered till today.what can i do sir. Due to this resion i have wasted ample of

money to buying gas from black market. So pls consider my above problem and give any permanent soln.
