Indane
Delay in supply

I am a customer of domestic gas-Indane and the agency being Shive gas Agency Thirumullavaram, Kollam (Dist). My customer number is 18403 I have taken the last cylinder on 16/11/09 .

For the next cylinder i have booked by phone on 17/11/09 and the booking number is 5909.. But till date i have not received the cylinder.

My 2nd cylinder also got over and when I called them to enquire they say another 3 days will go.

I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take nessasory steps to bring out a fool proof method in the booking system.
