Delaying supply cylinder to con. No. 3793

Sir,

My Consumer No. 3793 at sree ma kirupa gas agencies. Shop No. 11, R 30, " A " TNHB Complex, Spartan Nagar, Anna Nagar, western Extn., chennai - 101. My address is E-15 B, Type - II, BSNL & Postal Staff quarters, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 40. Sree MA Kirupa Gas Agencies without my knowledge they are send the cylinder on 04-04 (Sunday) without booking How can I received without emty cylinder. I refused to received it at that time. After emty the cylinder I have booked the in person on 06-04 Tuesday . wide W/L No. 710 dtd 06-04.I have complaind to the dealer above the problems. Till date no cylinder is receivd. And also the delaer always quarely with me. Kindly arrange to take nacessary action against the dealer and also confirmed to receive th cylinderin time.

Matter may be treated as early as possible please. Your reply is solicited.
