New connection

I am living in bassi, jaipur pin:303301.I have been applied for new connection three months ago but they are not giving any positive response. It is not a single problem, customers are facing many problems with this gas agency.customers are also paying extra charges for gas cyllinder. Many of Customers living in this area are illiterate or have lack of knowledge regarding the complaining system.

So i am requesting you to take a positive steps to overcome with these problem.
