Shifting of gas connection

Dear Sir,

My gas connection number is A10153. It is in the name of my uncle Mr. M.P.Gopalakrishnan. We lived in Ambathur for the past 20 years and got gas cylinders from TUCS Ambathur. Now we are shifting to Mylapore. We lost the document that accounts for the ownership of the gas connection. We met the personnel in Ambathur office but they are unable to trace the bills in the records.

I request you to please kindly help us in this issue. Is there any other method of proof? Please let us know.
