MISBEHAVIOR BY AGENCY STAFF

Dear Sir/Mz,

I am a customer who had gone to purchase a gas pipe from the indane gas agency located at the Palam Vihar market in Gurgaon on 03 May 08.

The agency staff present there notably a hefty sardarji who was drunk at 1600h in the evening firstly abused me and then nearly assaulted me when I QUESTIONED THE VERACITY of his statement that the gas pipe he was selling would last for five years. Not wanting to aggravate things I had left the place and was later on told by other shopkeepers in the very same market that the said individual was drunk every day and had been behaving the same way with other customers also.

I request that your organisation look into the matter and take appropriate action against the individual lest we the public are forced to take matters into our own hands and publicise your indifferent attitude towards your customers in the media.
