Non transfer of Gas connection

We have been the customer of indian oil corporation for past 25 years; holding the consumer number 06885 under the name of KB Mohammed. We have shifted from Podannur-Coimbatore to Gandhipuram- coimbatore and we are in need of transfering the gas connection. Unfortunately we lost the depsoit receipt which is 25 yeras old and which is required for transferring the connection.

As per the rules we are ready to produce the indemnity bond, but we were unable to furnsih the details therein becuase the indian oil corporation and the current agency (N.Mahalingam &Co.) doesnt possess our old records. Our previous agency was R.V gas agency, Sundarapuram - Coimbatore, which was selaed by indian oil for mal practice and our details are with them.

Now the authorities are refusing to transfer the connection on non availability of details where the indian oil ocrporation should be possessing the details.

We kindly request you to take the necessary action and do the needful as soon as possible. We are in need of gas for cooking, Please Help.
