Poor customer Service

This is to inform that the Indane Gas point center (Vimal Gas Agencies) based at Dharampeth is not able to provide services up to the mark as required by the customer. The biggest problem is that nobody picks up the below mentioned phone nos: 0712-2567308, 0712-2524392, 0712-2544247 and they are not ready to listen to the customer complaints. Please look in to this as otherwise i have no other option apart from moving to Consumer Forum for getting my problems resolved.
