Gas Refill Delivery Delay

Dear Sir,

I am the subscriber of Indane Gas of Indian Oil. My Distributor is Swarna Nirmal Gas Service. I had done a booking over phone (SNT No. is SNT00985) on 30th August Booking reference no 215577. Till date we have not received a refill. I would request you to look into the mattter. Infact I would request you to kindly look into the distributors log book. He is cutting a very sorry figure among the subscribers and in the process Indane as a brand is getting a bad name. Customers are irate, please do something immediately.
