Gas cylynder not delever on time

Dear Sir,

I have a LPG connection Consumer no. 41812 from Delhi Cantt. Shahi Auto. of Indane at the time of connection not a single time i have taken delivery from you delivery point. I have booked for gas cylynder on 06/08 but your gas agency said you have found delivery on 11/08 or 12/08.

Pl take action against gas agency.
