Delay in delivery of cylinders booked via web site

My consumer no. is 25383 and I am a resident of New Delhi, Uttam Nagar. M/s sharma gas company (phone nos. 28564166, 28564167) is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency since 7th august over phone continously for booking the gas.

I even booked a refill in your much advertised TOMOGAS internet booking site as well (Date/Time - 07/08 4:07:49 PM, Source - WED) But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no delivery as yet from them. Moreover, inquiring from this agency the reply from them is that no booking of refil has been made for this consumer no.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
