Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I Sumita Arora have been with your esteemed corporation for last 10 years and it pinches a lot when such a customer is treated with utmost disrepect.

We tried to get a tele booking at Santoshi Gas Booking and we are constantly being mistreated to huge extents!! The misbehaviour doesn't end here only if we personally try to approach them then we are treated in such a disgraceful manner that it feels they are doing a favour in providing us with LPG cylendirs. Even if we try to file a complaint they strictly disagrees and says "Do what you can! "

Is this what we are upto these days. I request you to take utmost action in this regard and please do the needful timely.
