Non-supply of gas cylinde

I am a Consumer bearing No.7953 of M/s. City Gas, Ernakulam. My Telephone Number is 2370983. The gas cylinder available is to exhaust in a day or two. Request for supply of cylinder was made 15 to 20 days back. The supplier has not provided the cylinder so far inspite of repeated reminders. It is a regular practice of the supplier ato simply allege that the consumer was not available for supply of cylinder. This is totally incorrect since my wife is always available in the house. Kindly do the needful.
