Indane
Cylinder is not being supplied on time

I have a connection of Indane (consumer No. 14870) from Golden Gas Agency, Palam Vihar Gurgaon. I had booked the cylinder on the 13th of August and it has not been supplied as yet even after several calls to the agency. Every time we book the cylinder, the cylinder is not supplied on time. All the consumers are really frustrated because of this problem. When we try to call the agency most of the time we don't get thru... and even if we get thru... the phone is either not answered, engaged or put on hold. It is becoming really frustrating. I request you to look into the matter ASAP, as it is not only me who's facing this problem.
