Suggestion - not a complaint

This is a suggestion. It is a problem for most households where people go to work. When gas is booked we are given a tentative answer of one week for delivery. It would be easier if a sms facility is offered to customers where are informed atleast a day in advance of the delivery of the cylinder. This enables us to take the help of a neighbour or a watchman to collect the cylinder on our behalf. If required a small fee may be charged for this service.
