Not getting a new connection

Hi,

I have booked a new connection for Indane GAS 3 months back.By that time he told me that I 'll get a receipt from Indane off. and will get a connection with in 2 months. from that time its already 5 months completed and 6 mont running, but I didnt get any connection letter from INDANE GAS.
