I got Domestic Cooking Gas Connection From Vineet Gas Shimla. Later What they require (Help line of Indane) is that Cylinders should be Deposited there and there after to apply for the same at new place. Indane has its own control on its dealers and all this can be avoided Just at their own level. It will be serving better. Otherwise the present procedure they advise is making the people to wait for cooking food till they do not Complete these requirment and get new cylinders At new place. Some service charges in such case can be fixed.
