Delay of delivery

This is your kind notice that I Justin Con no. SE 20330 booked my cooking gas on 21 st January till now there is no response from the agency (Saroj Enterprises H-10, DDA market vikas puri New delhi Ph.28546180).we are face the same problem ie, delay in gas delivery. Always have to wait for10 to 15 days after booking. So sir please do the need full. Hoping for a favorable action.
