Indane cooking gas
Impoliteness and Harassment by distributor staff

Dear Sir,

I am getting Indane cooking gas supply through the distributor "Cooking Gas Agency, Malavia Avenue

I street, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai". The cylinder lasts for more than a month for me. But everytime, I book for my refill, the staff informs me that my gas supply will be delayed because the mandatory 21 days is not over. When I question this by offering to show the receipt and the date, they ignore this and they continue to act as they want. This gives me doubt whether they are diverting the supply to any other person in my name. For example My cooking gas supply for the last 3 months are dated as 27.10. 11.12.2007 and 17.1.2008

They are not prepared to show their record. I strongly feel that I.O.C. should enforce the required procedure and record keeping so that this type of harassment to the customer is avoided.
