Indane cooking gas cylinder
Non delivery after 10 days of booking

I had booked an indane cooking gas cylinder on 15.11.2010 at "Sondhi Gas Service", Saket, Delhi. But even till 10 days I have not been delivered the cylinder on the excuse that there is no delivery. Is there no delivery of gas till 10 days or the concerned people are busy filling up their pockets by black marketing the cylinders at higher prices?? Who are these people fooling?? Are there no authorities to look after this kind of behaviour by the gas agencies??
