Casual attitude of the agency

My registration No. is E06380. I received a new cylinder on 26th October. I realised that it was leaking and immediately brought it to the notice of the agency. Mr. Anil, the technician visited on 27th and changed the washer and also brought to my notice that the seal was tampered with. Even with the washer being changed the cylinder continued to leak very badly, after which i called up Mr. Anil and he assured me that it would be changed on 29th, i.e a new cylinder would me sent as soon as possible. In the mean time i was advised to keep the cylinder outside. Since that day i have been repeatedly calling the agency and requesting them to replace the cylinder. but it seems to have fallen to deaf ears. Its been a week now since i got the cylinder ands it continues to leak.
