Delay in Supply of Gas

There has been substantial delay in supply of Gas by Verma Gas Agency, F-6, Paul Market, Mandawali, Delhi 110 092 (Tel: 011-22473808 & 22473374). Booking of Gas is accepted only after 20 days of delivery. Again supply is delayed by more than 5 days. Thus it takes around a month for supply of a cylinder of gas.

I have got two cylinders with no purpose being served as both the cylinders remain empty some time.

I approached to Verma Gas Agency and he refused to accede to my request telling that it is beyond his powers.

Could the Indian Oils please intimate the reasons for delay in supply of cooking gas.

My consumption of cooking gas is one cylinder/20 days.

I have been using the Indane Gas for long time and have never had such problem and think probably it is due to the Verma Gas Agency's behaviour.

May kindly streamline the position so that our regular supply of cooking gas is maintained.
