Delayed/non supply of gas cylinders

I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Sri Dwarakamayee indane, Visakhapatnam, my consumer no is 7378 is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 29.09.2008 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was cancelled. The cancellation date is 04.10.2008. I asked them to reason for cancellation, but they are not giving proper reply, So I request you to kindly look this matter seriously.

Pl. note that the cancellation date is 04.10.2008.Once again I request you to kindly give the written explanation for cancellation of refilled cylinder.
