I, on behalf of all the peoples of Khatra, BANKURA, want to lodge complaint against our dealer for following reasons:

1) On demanding double cylinders, they force consumers to take 2 different connections at high price&even if we do so, they supply weak gas pipes&ineffective lighters with the connection.

2) On booking gas, they take time according to their wish (not less than 10 days)& they have no specific rules.

3) The phone by which consumers will do their booking is always dead.so we have to go physically which you know is impossible in todays fast life specially for those who reside at a great distance from the office.

4) Inspite of their several follies, they are very rude&deaf towards consumers' inconvenience.

Our situation right now is absolutely pathetic because we have nobody to complain&nowhere to go. Until the authorities do not take any step, we the residents within the town&specially in the outskirts, are in absolute distress. Its an earnest request to take a glance because it is no personal problem but a lot of people are suffering for this
