Cooking Gas Stove Repairs, Service Not attended

I am H.K.Jayaram Raj Urs, Coustomer I S No.2986, Stationed at Chikmaglur, Karnataka. The Dealer for the Gas Supply is Shivanel Gas at Chikmaglur. Today 11 th Friday morning we have problems with gas stove and the same is complainted to Shivanel Gas at Chikmaglur, he tolg us to bring the gas stove to his office, after taking the stove till 5 o clock evening the stove not repaired and unattended. I called the No. 080 2130421 at 3.30 evening she took the details with my Mobile No but no responce.

Niw i cammot purchase the new stove because the regulator is also with him.

Today we cannot cook
