My gas agency has NEVER give me home delivery till date. Not even the first delivery. Of late I last booked my no. on 28/6. But today is 26/7 and I have not received my refill cylinder inspite of me reminding them over and over again. My gas has finished since 19/07. I had even personally gone to the agency but my work was never done.

This agency harasses other consumers too. They once had even charged me Rs.20 extra for giving me a cylinder from the office itself.

Shall I leave this agency or wait for your action to be taken to give a relief to the harassed consumers. KINDLY HELP.
