Asking for a ration card, and stopping the delivery for a transfered connection

Sir, i am a resident of punjab and last year when i shifted to tamil nadu, i got my gas connection transfered at coimbatore, tamil nadu, and along with that i gave a no ration certificate from tehsil, now after one year, these people again want a ration card, or no ration card certificate which has to be given every6 month, which is highly unreasonable.one the connection is not from tamil nadu, it is a transfer case and second we already have a punjab ration card, and a person cannot have 2ration cards.

how very ridiculous.
