Not providing extra cylinder till more than 35 days

It's 3almost 35 days that I have requested for an extra Gas cylinder from Indane Gas Agency, Alakhnanda Market, New Delhi, but still they have'nt delivered me the Extra Gas Cylinder. When i tried to call them they very rudely told me that 'we have sedn the letters & you will get it within couple of days'. Still I have not received any letter nor extra Gas Cylinder. Please let me know what to do. Request you to please take action. Thanks
