Not Getting Delivery of booked Gas at Indane Kolkata (Chirantini Gas Agency 3 Bangur Avenue Block C Kolkata

Hi,

I have registered double cylinder under my mother name at Chirantani Gas Agency 3 Bangur Avenue Block- c- Kolkata. I have booked my cylinder on 24-Oct and they confirmed filled cylinder will be given in 3 days. But today 24-Nov I didnt receive the saame. Everyday I call them and they keep on saying that the cylinder will be reached by tomorrow and the reception/answer given by person is equally bad as their services..
