I P.R.Narayana, am husband of T.N.Anuradha, holder of connection no. DG6027. It is with Dwarka Indane service. TIN no.07170251754. Address-K-1/4, Rajapuri opp.sec-5, Dwarka, New Delhi-59.Tel no.25343187, 25343457. I had booked a cylinder on 22/05/09 telephonically. They refused to give the booking number..and said the cylinder would be delivered in two working days. Even after 5 days it was not delivered. Repeated reminders elicited the same stock reply that it would be delivered within 1 day. On the telephone the staff were not only abrupt but also rude.

Finally, I was compelled to go to their office. At their office they were again rude and dismissive. They insisted that i had no right to go personally as all matters are only dealt on phone.

The behaviour and dishonest attitude of the staff at DWARKA INDANE GAS SERVICE is unworthy of decent human beings Strict action must be taken against errant staff.
