Misbehavior and no supply of refilled cylinders

On 13.11. I had booked a cylinder with M/S Neelkanth gas service (Code. - 13735), Vasist park, New Delhi. My consumer number is AE - 140575. The same is not delivered to me. When I called up the agency to enquirer about it, the staff didn’t provide any proper information about it; they were not even ready to talk for more than few seconds.

Also the guy who supplies the Gas door to door behaves very badly.

As you know our greatest festival Diwali is approaching so I am very worried of situation. I have only single cylinder connection.
