Agency not providing cylende

Sir, i am using indane gas and my cust. no. is 9690 in GULABI BAGH GAS SERVICE, E-131, SHASTRI NAGAR DELHI -110052.i am using one cylender and i have applied for one more cylender in the agency but they rejected my application and said that i am not giving you cylender, you can go anywhere for complaint.

Sir I request you please solve my problem.
