Delay in Booking

Sir,

Im a resident Of Pallathu Road Thammanam PO Cochin, Ernakulam-682032.

I'm a consumer of Indane Gas, & Anand Gas Agency is responsible for supply of cylinder in this area. The agency is not providing proper consumer services. My Consumer No. is 29597- in my fathers name - Krishna Prasad Pillai-Our Booking is neither entertained through Phone as the phone is never received nor directly. Booking is taken after 35 days.

Agency is trying to create short supply & doing black marktg, which is confirmed by their own hawkers.

We were forced to spend 5-6 days without gas many a times.

Pls look into the matter, as recent also they have refused to take the booking
