Indane Gas Agency
Cylinder is not supplied even after 15 days

Dear Sir/Mam,

I just want to bring this problem to you. I dont know it works or not. But I am a frustated cutomer of Indane gas Agency. My Consumer id is 57326, and i have taken connection fom Kalpana Gas agency KPHP (Hyderabad- Phone Number-04023067999). I booked my cylinder on 5-Aug, And today is 20-Aug. Still they did not deliver me cylinder. I am continiously calling them, and Visiting them and everytime they are saying in one or two days they will deliver and it became 15 days today. Good thing is that I am having only one Cylinder as they are not willing to provide second cylinder. My question is that how come with one cylinder a person will manager for such a long time. They are giving excuse that stock is not there and blah balh... Then how come they are delivering to other people in my locality without booking. Today only i Have seen they delivered to a lady... and to me they say there is not stock for today.

Expecting some kind of action.
