Delay in gas delivery

Dear sir,

I am a consumer of Indane gas services and I am facing a regular problem in receiving gas cylinder supply. I booked for a cylinder on 28.7.2008 with booking no.9063 and consumer no.21496. Till 21.8.2008 I had not received the gas cylinder. I confirmed from the agency that on 21.8. they were supplying the gas to consumer with booking date of 30.7.2008. I contacted again on 22.8.08 and today on 23.8.2008 for the gas but still they are not able to tell me that where is the delivery slip and the gas cylinder.

This is a every time problem and if we dont stand on their head and cry for the gas cylinder it is never delivered before 20-30 days of booking.

Hope to get a better consumer services and response.
