As per our subject, My self is "Kaushal Kumar Singh" Res. Add - C-486, Nirman Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur - 30 was applied for new LPG Single Cyllender connection in "Indane Gas Agency", Kaveri Path, Mansarovar.

I was applied on the dated 4/1 and our WL No. is - 2098. After FI dtd. 3/4 he is not giving my connection. He is demanding extra money for this connection Rs. 3600.00 for single cyllender. Otherwise he have not available. In Black he have available.
