Ooking of cylinde

I have been trying to call up the Gas agency from Dehradun on the number 2766347. Whenever i dial the number, i just get it on a busy tone, While having tried for the whole 35 to 40 mins. This is the only source that we are able to do the booking and i have been doing this everyday from the past TWO WEEK.after 1 p.m. it is possible but they told me that after 1 p.m. they will not register any new booking for gas.what do i do and how do i book my cylinder.
