Complaint Against non supply of gas and harassment

With due respect, I like to bring to your kind notice that the Sudheendra Indane Gas agency, hennur road, 2nd main, HBR layout is not booking the refill properly nor supplying the gas on time. My consumer # is 14559.

I booked the additional cylinder on 23/09 on personal visit to office after trying them over phone from past 8 days, till now after 11 days I have not received my refill and NOW MY OTHER CYLINDER IS ALSO EMPTY. When I enquired they are saying it will take another 6 days to deliver and they are not taking booking for the other cylinder which is empty now. When asked they are saying they will take booking only after 30 days from the date of last delivery (not even last booking) i.e. 30 days to book and 10 to 15 more days to deliver from booking date, totally 40-45 days for providing only one cylinder. I beg you and ask you how a family of 5 members can manage with only one cylinder for 45 days and what is the use of having double cylinder?

When asked about the same, they are unduly harassing and using fowl language and in turn the concerned manager saying and I quote “Go and complaint where ever you want, who ever you want as this is not Bharat Gas Agency, this is Indane and we don’t care”. Sir, can you just help understand what does it mean? I even called your sales office at this no. 22239473 to complain to some authorities about such unjust behavior. The lady who picked up the telephone also supported the gas agency and telling me to go and complaint whoever I want to and where ever I want to.

Please help me; I am in a very awful situation, Please take a strict action against the Agency as the public is being taken for a ransom, Customers like us have to literally beg for a refill cylinder. IOC customer care wake-up and see the below link for numerous complaint against the above referred gas Agency.
