Dear Sir,

My customer no. is 9178. I 've been using this connection since 2003 in the name of Gokila for whom I was the care taker.

Now she is not with me and I've applied to change the connection in my name.

I 've produced valid ID proof, Address proof, Photo, PAN card & other documents to

TUCS Gas Agency, Tambaram CHENNAI- 600 045. I 've produced affidavit in Rs. 80/ Stamp paper with Power of Attorney seal as they said.

I have applied for it 10 months back and till now I didn't get it.

Each time I asked the agency, they are telling that I will get it soon...

This is the answer from the agency since last 10 months.

Iam not getting gas supply also because of this problem.

Iam suffering alot both mentally and physically for this matter.

Request you to look into this and kindly arrange me for a Name Transfer as early as possible.
