Delay in delivery

Sir,

I booked gas cylinder on 29.7.11 with my agency M/s Krishane Gas Agency, Alappuzha, but the refiled cylinder not yet received. I repeatedly approach the said agency 5.9.11 onwards and told the fact that our two cylinders are emptied and in this onam festival we are in a great difficulty. The agency staffs not allow me to register a complaint and avoid me saying next day we will distribute the cylinder, last day on 7.9.11 they said that your bill is taken, therefore certainly will distribute this day or next day, but no cylinder distributed. Late distribution of refilled cylinder to my house is a continuing matter. The connection is in my mother's name, Lalitha Narayanapillai, Con. No.3256, Ph.
